Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Anarcode, we are committed to providing high-quality virtual assistant services tailored to your business needs. We understand that situations may arise where a refund or cancellation is requested. Please read our policy below:
1. Service Nature
Our services are digital, personalized, and often time-based. As such, they are non-tangible and delivered upon agreement. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are limited and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Cancellation of Services
You may cancel your subscription or service plan at any time by notifying us via email at info@anarcode.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time or services.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered if:
- A technical failure on our side prevents service delivery.
- The client has not yet received or used any part of the service.
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of payment.
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- You have already received services or deliverables.
- Dissatisfaction with service results after work has been delivered.
- Cancellations outside of the refund eligibility period.
4. Processing Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. We will notify you once the process has been initiated.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to deny future services and take appropriate legal action to recover lost funds and damages.
6. Changes to This Policy
Anarcode reserves the right to update or modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of any revisions.
